Terms & Conditions

Use of this website means that the visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site. The terms apply to the editorial pages, links, and third-party tools reached through them.

This privately owned site has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered purpose. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Site

This is a private reference resource, not an official Sharp County or Arkansas service. It stores no government record, cannot confirm custody, cannot release a person, and cannot file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its pages point to inmate and jail record resources in Sharp County and to outside research tools. An outside result remains subject to the source's own limits and terms.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site and its links lawfully and without harming another person or the service.

  • Do not use the site while breaking any law.
  • Do not use information to stalk, threaten, or harass anyone.
  • Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated decisions from site information.
  • Do not try to gain unauthorized access to a system or account.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not disrupt access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It and its advertising partners provide no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use its information for an FCRA-covered purpose.

  • Employment, hiring, discipline, or termination
  • Tenant selection, leases, or housing access
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Links to Other Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff and corrections pages, courts, government portals, legal resources, news outlets, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. This site is not responsible for an outside operator's content, privacy practices, security, data handling, prices, or uptime. Visitors should review that operator's terms.

No Warranties

The site and its material are provided “as is.” No warranty is made concerning the following points.

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status of information
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
  • Completeness of any partner's search result

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Sharp County Sheriff's Office, a court, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent Arkansas law permits, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from access to or use of the site, its links, or a partner tool.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and content partners harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, misuse of information, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Content

Original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Sharp County Busted Mugshots or the relevant content partner. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission, except where law permits.

Revisions to Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version takes effect when posted, and later use of the site is governed by that version.

Access May End

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time and for any lawful reason, with or without advance notice.

Arkansas Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

Severability

If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected term will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable where possible.
